Preparing for and recovering from surgery can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to go through it alone. In this session, we take the time to plan for your healing journey before and after your procedure. I help you understand what your body needs, how to prepare it for surgery, and how to care for yourself during recovery so that you can heal smoothly and confidently.
This 75-90 minute session is for clients who have already had the initial session with me. You will receive Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Lymphatic Massage, Wood Therapy, Gua Sha Therapy, Heat Therapy & other modalities as needed per your healing phase. Ask me about package pricing & discounts. * This time includes getting in and out of your compression garments & accessories and before/after pics. *Please do not bring guests to your sessions.
This is a PrePaid and PreBooked 90 minute session, per availability. Finance plans available up to 12 months no interest-All Sales Final. *Wood Therapy, Scar Therapy, and Gua Sha Therapy are also performed as needed within these sessions and within your level of healing.
A gentle application of sustained pressure into fascial restrictions within the body. This is not to be confused with a “stretch lab.” Trauma, surgery, and inflammatory responses create Myofascial restrictions that can produce tensile pressure of approximately 2,000 pounds of pressure per square inch. **The fascial web does not show on CT scans or MRIs and is very often missed by untrained physicians. The fascial pressure acts as a straight jacket on muscles, nerves, blood vessels and osseous structures producing symptoms of pain, headaches and restriction of motion. Sustained 5-10 minute stretches, while in tuned with the fascia plus deep breathing promotes amazing healing in many of my clients. *Any addition of a one hour massage is $220 for a two hour service~ $30 savings!
The 60, 90, 120 minute session combines the deep, gentle power of Myofascial Release with the soothing flow of massage therapy. It is designed for clients who need both structural relief and full-body relaxation. We begin by releasing tension in the fascia, the connective tissue that holds your body together, and then transition into a massage that helps your muscles and nervous system settle into peace.
